چکیده

احسن ترین تخلیق انسان ہے،دیگر موجودادت کے مقابلے میں بہت زیا دہ حکمت و عدالت سے مالا مال ہے اور خدا وندہ عالم کے پہنہاں اسرار و رموز نے اس کا احاطہ کیا ہوا ہے ،مرد و عورت ،دو مقابل نقاط میں نہیں بلکہ معاملے ،رابطے اور تعامل کے ایک نقطے پر تکمیل خلقت ،دوام نسل اور اس کی خلقت کے بنیادی مقصد کی جواب دہی اور اس کے مناسب ترین مقام تک رسائی کیلے اپنے لطف و رحمت میں ڈھانپا ہوا ہے ،اس نے ایک ووجود کو لطافت ،نرمی ،نفاست ،ظرافت اور محبت بخشی ہے تو دوسروں کو قوت و طاقت ،مضبوط و بلند حو صلے اور تکیہ و اعتماد کا مرکز بنایا ہے ۔نہ پہلے کو دوسروے پر برتری دی ہے اور نہ دوسروں کو پہلے پر سبقت کا موقع فراہم کیا ہے بلکہ اس نے ہر ایک کو خاندانی مدار اور عالم ہستی کے نظام میں اپنی مخصو ص ذمے داریوں اور شرعی واجبات کی اداءگی کیلے مقر ر کیا ہے ۔عالم خلقت میں دونوں کی جدا گانہ ذمے داریوں کے تعین کی وجہ سے مرد و عورت دونوں کے حقوق واضح ہو جاتے ہیں اور اسی نگاہ سے دونوں کی حد ود اور داءرہ فعالیت بھی مشخص ہو جاتے ہیں ۔ہم اس مقالہ میں خواتین کے حقوق کو اسلام کی قرآنی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں دیکھیں گے۔اسلام نے تعلیم،تربیت،میراث،روزگار اور حق مہر جیسے حقوق خواتین کو عطا کیے ہیں۔یہ حقوق کیا ہیں ؟ان کی حدود و قیود کیا ہیں؟ان سب کو دیکھا جائے گا۔

The best creation is man, he is endowed with much more wisdom and justice than other creatures, and he is covered by the mysteries and secrets worn by God, the man and the woman, not in two opposing points, but in the matter. Complete creation at a point of contact and interaction, to respond to the main purpose of the generation and its creation and to reach its most appropriate place, covered in its grace and mercy, it has covered a being with delicacy, softness, sophistication. If he has given elegance and love, then he has made others the center of strength and power, strong and high spirits and support and trust. Everyone has been appointed to fulfill their specific responsibilities and Shariah obligations in the family system and the system of universal existence. Due to the determination of the separate responsibilities of both in the world of creation, the rights of both men and women become clear. and from the same point of view, the limits and scope of both are determined. In this paper, we will see the rights of women in the light of Quranic teachings of Islam. Women have been granted. What are these rights? What are their limits and restrictions? All of them will be seen.
