There is no doubt that the religion of Islam is the last and most beloved religion of Allah Almighty, which is for man until the Day of Judgment.But to implement its commands in society, it has also given leaders like Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) and the pure Imams, who are guiding people of every era towards the path of guidance. In this article, I have also mentioned the characteristics of a good leader "according to the Quranic style" without following whom a person cannot distinguish between the right and wrong path. To make a society better and Islamic, laws are needed, and to implement the laws, a leader is needed, and the Quran has described the conditions for how the leader himself should live his life. So if the leader abides by Islamic laws, good results will be seen in the society. This article has collected the characteristics and style of a leader according to the Quranic way of life. This article consists of two chapters. The first chapter describes the generalities and definitions, in which the literal and figurative meanings of words are mentioned, as well as the style of life and the need for a leader. The second chapter describes the main topic, in which the Quranic way of life of a leader and the characteristics of a leader: knowledge and insight, purification of the soul, exemplary action, and the effects of righteous leadership are described.
