چکیده

امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر ایک اہم اسلامی فریضہ ہے۔اسلام انفرادی اور معاشرتی ذمہ داریوں کا دین ہے۔ایسا نہیں ہے کہ اسلام نے فقط انفرادی طورپر کچھ عبادات کی ذمہ داری دے کر انسان کو اجتماعیت سے دور کر دیا ہو۔آج کے مغرب کا المیہ یہی ہے کہ وہاں ہر چیز انفرادیت کا شکار ہو گئی ہے۔اسی لیے ان کی اجتماعی زندگی ختم ہو گئی ہے پہلے تو انہوں نے مذہب کو انفرادیت سے جوڑا تھا مگر اب پورا معاشرہ ہی انفرادیت کا شکار ہو گیا ہے۔ امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر معاشرے میں نیکیوں کوعام کرتا ہےا وربرائیوں سے روکتا ہے۔اس کے ذریعے معاشرے میں امن،سکون،اطاعت خدا،پرامن خاندانی نظام،دنیا و آخرت کی کامیابی ملتی ہے۔جب ہر انسان یہ کوشش کرے گا کہ اگر اس کے سامنے کوئی برائی وقوع پذیر ہو رہے ہے تو وہ اپنی بساط کے مطابق اسے روکے۔روکنے کا طریقہ احسن انداز میں ہونا چاہیے اس کی تفاصیل امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر سے متعلق کتب میں دیکھی جا سکتی ہیں۔
آج ہم مسلم معاشروں میں دیکھتے ہیں کہ انفرادی سطح پر بدعملی اوراجتماعی سطح پر بھی سستی کا شکار ہیں۔اس کی بنیادی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہم نے امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر کے فریضے کو بھلا دیا ہے۔ہم اس مقالے میں امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر کے انفرادی اور اجتماعی اثرات کو قرآن مجید کی آیات کی روشتی میں دیکھیں۔اگر معاشرہ امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر پر عمل کرے تو وہ ایک جنگ نظیر معاشرہ بن سکتا ہے۔

It will be destroyed and destroyed and this is what is happening today, in this age of modern technology, our society has developed so much that people are planning to live on the moon and on the other hand, our society is moving away from religion and Quran. Is .

If the thousand principles of Islam are collected and written in one place, then the key of these principles will be declared as "Ambar al-Ma'roof and Nahi an al-Munkar" because as long as these principles are alive, the other principles of Islam will grow in the society. There is perfect luck and if these principles are put aside, no matter how much worship and austerity is done in this society, it is useless and useless and has no value. Therefore, the performance of this duty is one of the obligations and all the jurists have added a regular chapter in their Risala Al-Aklia in order to highlight the importance of this duty, in which its obligations, conditions and other rulings have been discussed.
