Religion serves as a powerful means to elevate human morality to its highest potential. Through the principles of ethics, both individual and collective lives can be enriched. In Islam, the exemplary character of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) embodies a divine synthesis of virtues, offering a complete and ideal model for humanity. The various facets of the Prophet’s (PBUH) life have been extensively studied by scholars over time. This research focuses on examining the moral dimensions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through the lens of the Quran.
The contemporary significance of this study is highlighted by the prevailing moral crisis in modern societies. From familial structures to broader social frameworks, there is a pervasive decline in ethical values. Therefore, it is imperative to understand and disseminate the ethical teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) within our communities.
Our research, titled "Morals of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the light of Quranic verses," delves into how Quranic ethical principles are vividly reflected in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This study interprets Quranic verses as if they were exemplified by the Prophet (PBUH) walking through the streets of Mecca and Medina. To appreciate the profound ethical stature of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), it is essential to first explore the concept of ethics, its various types, and its critical importance. We then analyze the ethical teachings of the Prophet (PBUH) as depicted in the Quranic verses and emphasize the necessity of revitalizing these teachings in today’s context.
