Man is a wonderful creation of Allah Almighty who is characterized by divine perfections and attributes. These perfections and attributes cannot flourish without training. Therefore, man needs training. Here need means something without which nothing can reach its perfection. The Holy Qur'an and the sayings of the Masoomeen (fourteen infallibles) have laid emphasis on the need for human training. If monotheistic training is imparted to a child, all other beliefs automatically start moving on the right direction. In view of this importance, in this paper, I, first of all, explained recognition of meaning and then importance of training. After explaining the need and importance, I briefly explained the philosophy of training, and then are explained objectives of monotheistic in the light of Quran and Sunnah. After explaining the principles of monotheistic training and its methods, I, at the end, have mentioned the results obtained. I have tried to present all these short topics in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah so that everyone can be guided.
