Since Islam is a religion of nature, just as the rights of all creatures are defined in its social system, so are the rights of children. Islam has not left anything unanswered when it comes to the rights of children and it has been proved that societal evolution depends entirely on the proper education and care of children. Therefore, Islam has given special instructions about children.
The topic of this paper is the rights of children in the Qur'anic style of family life. Islam has not left any aspect of children rights unattended. It has been realized that uplift of a society depends on true education of children, their training and supervision. Therefore, Islam has given special injunctions vis-à-vis children.
