The province is one of the basic pillars and basic teachings of Islam and it is more clearly stated, it is the most basic and important part of it. There is also the origin of evolution (province), the high building of the system and the life of Islam is based on this solid basis. The province has a high place of faith and pronounced material. The main purpose of this research is to describe the Qur'anic concept in the light of the ideas of Ayatollah Khamenei. Causes of the importance of the management of the province in different parts of this research, the components of the province's management, the opinion of the province. Includes The result of the research shows that the condition of acceptance of actions is the province and that whoever gets closer to the province and strengthened in the province, it will benefit more than spiritual springs.
