Abstract

The Muslim Ummah, especially the developing states, is facing many problems, both internally and externally. Different sects and schools of thought are in a state of confrontation due to their intolerant attitude.
Externally ,  their  territorial integrity , sovereignty and liberty is  under  attack  by western intervention,  and they are  blamed  for terrorism. In such a complex situation, the Holy Quran gives some universal principles to meet the challenges and also to avert confrontation.
These principles equally address different sects in a religion as well as different religions on international level. In this paper, these Quranic principles are addressed with some detail.
