Social obstacles in implementing Quranic way of family life and their remedies

Abstract

      Family is the basic unit and strong pillar of any society, and it is by virtue of it that the formation of nation, tribe, group and Ummah takes place. Human society is incomplete without a family because a society comes into existence as a result of people, who are connected to family life system. Therefore, it is important to know the barriers obstructing the survival of family so that the society keeps moving on the path of evolutionary journey. There are many social causes and factors which directly hinder the practical situation of the creation of an ideal and Quranic society, end the possibility of family’s progress and development in accordance with the Quranic teachings, become a cause of spreading unlawful activities instead of good things and increase further family problems. These things make a family to decline and it fails to achieve spiritual qualities and perfection. In order to establish a Quranic society, it is vital to pay attention to these social causes and factors so that effective ways can be found to tackle these problems. I have tried my best to shed light on all these causes and factors which are holding back the implementation of Quranic way of living in the society.
