The thriving nations of the world strive to preserve their identity and existence by pursuing a fundamental goal that ensures their development and prosperity. For a God-centric human being, the ultimate goal is to attain happiness through the pleasure of Allah. Achieving this ultimate goal requires attaining certain intermediary objectives. The purpose of this research is to acquaint individuals involved in Education (training( with the objectives of Islamic economic Education(training) mentioned in the Quran and Hadith. The research methodology is descriptive and analytical. The findings of this research emphasize the determination of shared objectives based on various aspects and dimensions of human existence. The paper highlights that to achieve these shared objectives in Education(training), all aspects and dimensions of human existence should grow harmoniously and proportionately. Based on an analysis grounded in the understanding of human nature, these existential aspects are categorized into three fundamental dimensions: cognition (knowledge), affection (inclination), and psychomotor (behavior). Under these categories, the cognitive objectives, affective objectives, and behavioral/practical objectives of Islamic economic education(training) have been identified. These objectives serve as a means to achieve the ultimate and fundamental goal.
