چکیده

The Qur’an, as the final, complete, and most authentic divine revelation, provides comprehensive guidance for all aspects of human life, including family life. Although human intellect plays an important role in understanding social realities, it may be limited and prone to error; therefore, Qur’anic guidance offers a reliable and enduring framework for the organization of family relationships. The Qur’an presents a balanced system of rights, duties, and responsibilities for every member of the family, ensuring the proper upbringing, moral development, and well-being of future generations.
The family is the fundamental unit from which human society originates and develops. Responsible, stable, and morally sound families serve as the foundation of healthy societies and civilized nations. The lives of the Prophets (علیھم السّلام) also demonstrate the centrality of family as an institution in human guidance and social reform. Qur’anic teachings concerning family life address the spiritual, social, psychological, and biological needs of individuals in accordance with their respective roles and circumstances. In contrast, non-Qur’anic approaches to family life have often proved inadequate in resolving contemporary familial challenges. This study examines the Qur’anic framework of family life and highlights its relevance in establishing stable families and a balanced society.
