This paper examines the relationships with followers of non-Abrahamic religions in the light of Qur'anic teachings. The Qur'an provides clear guidance on how to interact with different nations and religions, emphasizing peace, tolerance, and service to humanity. While it advocates kindness and respect for the rights of the People of the Book (Jews and Christians), it also highlights the importance of treating followers of non-Abrahamic religions with dignity and ensuring their fundamental human rights.
The paper stresses the Qur'an's emphasis on maintaining a balance in political, social, and religious relations with people of other faiths. By following these principles, Muslims can preserve their religious identity while fostering an environment of love, respect, and harmony with non-Muslims. It further argues that adherence to Qur'anic teachings enables Muslims to engage with followers of non-Abrahamic religions in a way that promotes tolerance, justice, and mutual respect.
Ultimately, the paper concludes that through the implementation of these Qur'anic values, Muslims can contribute to the creation of a peaceful and inclusive society, where diverse religious communities coexist harmoniously.
