The article under consideration, “Means of preventing terrorism, looting, murder and destruction in a Quranic society,” is a research and analytical effort in which the author has based the guidance of the Holy Quran against current social evils, especially terrorism and oppression and corruption. The article explains that the Holy Quran is not just a book of reward but a complete code of life, which provides guidance to people and societies of every era. The first chapter presents an introduction to the Quran and society in a literal, terminological and Islamic perspective. At the same time, the symbols of the Quranic society such as justice and fairness, the sovereignty of God, human equality and respect for humanity are described. The second chapter discusses the sanctity of human life and property, where the Quranic teachings of protecting the lives and property of not only Muslims but also non-Muslims are highlighted. The third chapter contains practical means of preventing terrorism, murder, destruction, and looting in a Quranic society, including points such as education and training, purification of the soul, establishment of justice and fairness, elimination of sectarianism, enforcement of Shariah limits, selection of good rulers, and remembrance of Allah. According to the author, unless the Quran is adopted as a constitution, lasting peace cannot be established in society. The central point of the research is that only by adopting a system of life according to Quranic principles can society be free from corruption.
